A. As an added flexibility in our product line, we provide software licenses of virtual Dressing Mirror, in case, the customer posses or wishes to arrange their own hardware. The hardware requirements are :
1. A display of at least 48 inches
2. Kinnect 2 Camera
3. Computer (at least i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 2GB VGA, 500GB Hard Disk).
Q. How can I design Items?
A. We have pre-designed most of common items in 3D. All you need to do is to use our Asset Designer Tool to apply the item’s picture to the 3D shape and export it to the CMS. If you have custom design, it can be designed using a 3D design software (Maya , 3D Max) and can be imported to the Asset Designer Tool.

Q. How can I include more designs?
A. You can use the asset creator and upload it to portal to include more designs or we can do it for you with extra cost.

A. Windows 7+ or above.

A. It depends on the design of the clothes, if its simple it can be designed in few minutes or might take up-to 2 days.

A. Yes, you can see the back of the outfit, not the back of a person.
Q. Where is the data stored?
A. The items are stored locally, images and 3D assets in mirror and the data on our server.

A. Yes, its one time full payment and you have software to yourself.
Q. Can I still include more designs if I don't update?
A. Yes, it can be done.
Q. Can I not pay for yearly updates and just pay smaller amount to update once?

A. The price ranges from 25$ - 75$ depending on the complexity of the design.

A. There are more than 50+ designs on the asset creator and you can select the type of the cloth you want to design and select the inner border of the item to fetch the structure and texture, paste and export the same to Viubox mirror.
